Team and Executive Coaching

Organizations reach a point where stronger leadership support, better team functioning, or clearer performance expectations are needed. An executive may need a trusted sounding board. A manager may need support in leading others more effectively. A team may be experiencing friction, unclear roles, uneven follow-through, or gaps in how people work together. In some cases, the need is organization wide and stronger performance management is needed to build accountability and support staff development.

What we Offer

We provide support in four key areas.
Image

Executive coaching

Coaching for executives and senior leaders who need a trusted sounding board, sharper leadership judgment, and support in navigating the demands of their role.

Manager coaching

Coaching for mid-level leaders who are responsible for managing people and performance and need stronger tools, guidance and development, and practical support.

Team development

Team-based work that helps groups better understand how they operate, where friction or gaps exist, and what needs to shift to improve clarity, collaboration, and performance.

Performance management support

Support in strengthening how performance is defined, discussed, and managed across the organization. We work with teams to restructure organizational charts, build job descriptions, and establish performance evaluations.

For clients who need it, we offer a proprietary online performance management tool that can be customized to fit the organization’s structure, needs, and culture.

How Our Approach Is Different

Our coaching is grounded in real leadership experience. We have led both large and small teams ourselves, so we understand the pressure of managing people, carrying responsibility, navigating team dynamics, and sustaining performance over time. As a Belbin-accredited firm, we also bring a research-based framework that helps leaders and teams better understand contribution, role fit, team gaps, and the patterns underneath friction or misalignment.

What Comes Out Of The Work

The result is stronger leadership, better decisions, and improved performance—both financial and mission-driven. Leaders sharpen their judgment and gain a credible sounding board. Teams develop a clearer understanding of how they work, where accountability is breaking down, and what needs to change. Organizations leave with stronger role clarity, more disciplined execution, and a practical foundation for delivering better results over time.

The Belbin

Belbin Team Roles Accredited mark
The Belbin Team Roles framework is grounded in a nine-year research program at Henley Management College led by Dr. Meredith Belbin and his colleagues to understand why some teams perform better than others. That work led to the identification of nine Team Roles and a practical model for understanding how people contribute in team settings. Subsequent studies have examined the model’s validity and found evidence that role balance and role-aware team formation can be associated with stronger team effectiveness and performance.
