Nancy’s work across diverse industries and functions falls into two broad categories: funding model/revenue generation (earned and contributed) and large-scale planning and restructuring to support growth and high performance. She has led engagements in arts and culture, education, social services and philanthropy. Prior to founding the firm, Nancy held senior positions with The Cleveland Orchestra, Morino Ventures/Mario Morino (Venture Philanthropist and Author), Case Western Reserve University, Cole National Corporation (EssilorLuxottica) and Progressive Insurance. She has been on the faculty of Case Western Reserve University and has also taught executives across the country in key areas of nonprofit and public sector management. Nancy has served on or led the boards/advisory boards of Lawrence School, El Sistema (Rainey Institute), ChamberFest Cleveland and Apollo’s Fire. She was also an active Girl Scout leader and is currently a Masters swimmer and avid international traveler. She is fluent in German and holds dual citizenship.
